Were there any THF types there? On a whim I tried soloing a Decent Challenge Thief while running around as a NIN/WHM. Took me like 5 minutes... I had attack food on, so I couldn't use sushi and it was High Evasion to me. And I thought Aern Thieves were bad. ~_~

There was one mob that appeared to have THF type evasion, but was using h2h. I don't remember him doing any other mnk type things like counterattack, and he certainly didn't attack as fast as other mnk type mobs, but I whiffed a lot on that one particular mamool. We just had one of the brds sing madrigal whenever that mob was pulled and all was pretty fine.

Sounds like the DC ones have as much evasion as the IT ones... Seems about right. A lot of the DC beastmen and monsters seem to have really good accuracy even when blinded. It's a conspiracy against ninjas. :cry:

I exped there once I think our highest chain was 40. One guy wasn't doing as much damage as everyone else. Its due to the fast spawn rate. But the other day I went there and there was like 3 PTs already there. You can't really exp if your not the only party if you want to get high chains.

There were 2 parties there including us when we exp'd there. That camp can definently support 2 parties because of the super fast repops.

There's also a Caedarva Mire camp right outside the Dvucca Isle staging point that's similar, in that you can get infinte chains easily. That camp can also take a few parties.

Trolls weren't that bad either, with a pretty subpar party setup we got consistent chain 5s and some 6s. But at least most of them were IT. But man those monks were horrible. -_-

I wonder if there are any decent exp camps in A. Reef. That place is pretty huge, and I know Qutrubs take like 2x damage from everything. Lamias could be annoying with the strip move and Amnesia though.

As far as manaburning goes, Wamoura Princes and I hear the Flans are good. Wamouras move really slow, so with Gravity you don't even need to sleep them. And I hear Flans take additional damage from magic. Like 2k dmg from Thundaga III, no magic burst. Plus I'd imagine they'd be aspirable because they cast magic too.
