I think the EU version has the black background to the text? And the JP version has cartoony cel-shaded characters in addition to the text.

Lol, its a dat swap, when i get back home (im at my dads fixing his boat) i can post the link to it.
The same guy also has the dat for the new status icons (observe the running blue figure with shadows, utsu icon and the different coloured bard songs) which are a lot harder to confuse.
