I saw that ... but my bet is that the exp bonus will be something like 2-5%, if even that much. They even go out of their way to say that the difference is small ...
The bonus points provided by these new additions may not be noticeable at first, but taking advantage of the bonus every day will eventually make a substantial difference.One of the few things that I really liked about WoW was the resting exp bonus. It was nice to get 200% exp after logging off in town for a period of time.
