Russta had a really good entry today ...

Wiped at 9% after a month of hard work to get there, how depressing... Too disheartened to go into any tactical discussion but here is what I can remember you have to look forward to;
- All the standard moves regular Ultima does including the status effect breaths and the two "one hit" moves, Wire Cutter and Antimatter (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/bigrussta/protoultima05.jpg), that go through shadows.
- AoE Dispel+Terror that, I think, removes any positive buff. Imagine the overwhelming type of Ouryu blended with Boroka's Nihility Song.
- AoE that puts Slow and Elegy on anyone it touches. Unsure of what grade the level of Elegy was at (Battlefield, Carnage or Massacre) because it was Erased off me before I swung again.
- Amalthia style random target Holy except it's Holy II, still instant cast and does around 900 damage to Osode wearers.
- Magic Shield which, obviously, makes him immune to all forms of mage.
- Physical Shield - guess what this one does!
- Toxic Waste AoE that lowers every resistance by fifty on anyone hit by it. Similar to an elemental: Ni, it cannot be rectified.
- Citadel Buster, his trump card, counts down from thirty to zero and explodes on someone. It's targeted on one person then hits anyone around them but during this time he stops attacking and just draws people in. Imagine Nidhogg Spike Flail only you're unable to prevent it and seemingly unable to stop it.
- Draw in from a very short distance making kiting impossible and running Citadel Buster from people an absolute nightmare.
The idea is to keep the green alien landing craft from taking the humans from the ground and changing them into mutants. A mutant is very dangerous to you because he flies faster than you and shoots at you.

Of all the battles I've taken part in, of all the ones I've stood back and spectated, Jailer of Prudence must be the most bizarre and hilarious one to fall into either category. If you ever do this fight replace music233.bgw with some generic circus type music or Pee Wee's Big Adventure (http://content.ytmnd.com//187000/187322/sound.mp3) for the night and laugh as much as we did. Upon trading the Third Virtue and Deed of Sensibility, two of them will pop in unison and one must be quickly trained away to allow everyone to focus on killing the other. Now, Prudence being a Thief is where it all starts to get a little hectic when you begin stacking his annoyances on top of one another. Firstly, he is completely immune to debuffs. Without Elegy, Kurayami, Hojo and Jubaku on, me and Ikari got absolutely rocked as we were unable to keep shadows up against a totally accurate version of Charybdis. Secondly, it's impossible to straight up melee him. Due to spamming Perfect Dodge over and over, all the damage has to come from Rangers or Black Mages and as no one likes Rangers anymore all our damage had to come from the six or seven Black Mages present. Having to compete with that level of hate would be tough enough under normal conditions but, as mentioned, me and Ikari were getting absolutely owned and had none of our own. At this point the hilarity knocked it up another notch (bam) as Prudence began warping around like Bader at King Vinegarroon to obliterate whoever had hate in a matter of seconds. You couldn't help but laugh as you're cluelessly spinning around looking for this apparitional pink blob while your Black Mages are falling down dead. Ah well, we killed it in the end but in doing so we were reminded just how shitty the whole Lumoria system is as nothing but the worthless Rod dropped. I just hope BG get some answers (http://www.theorderls.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5474) from their interview with the glorious Don Juan that is Matt Davies in a few weeks. Thankfully, he has a better understanding of the current end game situation and the complaints players have towards it so we should get more satisfactory answers that the utterly embarrassing ones Sage Sundi (http://www.theorderls.com/bigkill_sundi.php) gave last month.
